About the firm

Since our inception in 2008, Young Law Offices has taken a leadership role in providing clients with creative and innovative strategies for meeting their family and legal needs.  We are personally invested in solving clients' complex legal issues.

We have a different perspective from many of our peers.  In a world of increasing specialization, the most effective lawyers master their area of practice, but are versed enough with wide-ranging experience in handling many different types of cases.  We have seen nearly every type of family dispute and estate administration scenario from almost every vantage point.

Young Law Offices understands that successful relationships depend on consistent and productive communications. We keep in touch with our clients—anticipating their needs and challenges and focusing on true collaboration.

We assist clients in a variety of service areas, including Family Law, Estate Planning After Divorce, Family Wealth & Life Planning and Social Security Disability.  Young Law Offices history is one of lasting alliances with our clients. Our partnerships are based on value, service, and unique North Carolina know-how.

Rhonda knows that cases often change course during the divorce process. While a case may start out amicably, the client may need more aggressive representation if critical issues, such as custody, child support or, equitable distribution, or spousal support, cannot be amicably resolved.  Rhonda is adept at recognizing the need to change course in a case, and to implement the changes necessary to protect her clients’ interests.

Family Life & Wealth Planning (Estate Planning) is important for families who have gone through a divorce and for families who have children from past relationships.  Rhonda guides clients through the process of creating and/or updating their Family Life & Wealth Plan after divorce.
